We were upgraded to deluxe king room with very nice furniture on check in😃

I really enjoyed the room with a fridge, the bed was comfortable. The position was quiet and exceptionally nice, restaurants and bars are walk from the hotel. The airport was 19 miles away.

the hotel is lovely with pleasant staff, breakfast is satisfactory, magnificent location in an old colonial neighborhood. the room is impeccably clean and compact and equipped with a seating area, iron/ironing board, and a work desk.

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Khatun! the hosts, Nasim and her husband, were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our time there. the guesthouse has a beautiful outdoor area where we enjoyed spending time. Our en-suite room was clean and had everything we needed, including a kettle and tea. the location was great, situated in a charming area with old houses and just a short 15-20 minute walk to the nearby restaurants and cafes. We couldn't recommend Villa Khatun enough!

Quiet hotel located close to the capital of Goa with the Portuguese influences and the best restaurants in town. A great selection of options, fabulous food. Simply no reason to complain, wonderful stay...

The rooms were spacious and beautifully furnished, providing a comfortable stay. the communal areas, including the community room and big balcony, were a nice addition. the availability of filtered water was convenient. the host was friendly and caring, making the stay even more enjoyable.

During our stay, we encountered an issue with the hot water in the shower. Unfortunately, we did not have enough time to inform the host and have it fixed.

Conveniently located right next to the city center, bus stand, and all amenities in the historic district. Plus, you're just steps away from restaurants and cafes to grab a bite! 🍴

The host was friendly and helpful, improving the guesthouse. Located in a quiet neighborhood, the room had a hot shower, kitchenette, and tasteful decor. There were common lounge areas and an excellent breakfast.

The value for money at this guesthouse was exceptional. The room was the best we had in India, with a separate area for a kitchenette equipped with everything we needed. The location in the old section was perfect, within walking distance of all the places we wanted to see. The staff, especially our host Alim and his family, were friendly and accommodating.

The breakfast option could have been improved with a wider variety of choices.

Villa Khatun Guesthouse is conveniently located near the main church, making it easy to explore the cultural sights of Panjim. the bus station, which connects to popular tourist attractions in Goa, is also nearby. the cozy rooms are tastefully decorated with comfortable beds and all necessary amenities. the friendly hosts provide excellent service, and the delicious complimentary breakfast can be enjoyed in the peaceful garden.

Although the rooms are comfortable, the hot water in the shower may occasionally have issues.

I had a wonderful stay at this charming guesthouse in Panaji. The location was perfect, close to the historical Portuguese district and easy access to Old Goa and the beaches. The room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom was spotless. I appreciated the amenities for making tea and coffee, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious.
